Root-domain sitemap for the marketing surface.

Static by design: this route list changes rarely and lives in src/App.js.
The blog maintains its own generated sitemap at /blog/sitemap.xml (see
  analytics-blog/app/sitemap.ts) — both are declared in robots.txt.

Keep in sync with the LIVE public routes in src/App.js. Authenticated routes are
excluded here and disallowed in robots.txt.

  Deliberately absent:
  - /features and /personas/{product,marketing,growth} — sources still exist, but
their <Route>s are commented out (src/App.js, the "HIDDEN routes" block). With
no catch-all route those paths render a blank page at HTTP 200, so listing
them would hand Google four soft-404s. Re-add when the routes come back.

/docs and its eighteen /docs/{provider} guides are served by analytics-marketing
and reach the root domain through the /docs and /docs/:path* rewrites in
vercel.json. They are generated from CONNECTOR_DOCS in that app's
src/config/connectorDocs.ts — npm run check:seo fails if this file and that
registry disagree in either direction, so add a connector there and this file
will tell you it needs an entry.

The homepage is listed slashless, as https://climpt.com, to match the canonical
tag the page itself emits. That page is served by analytics-marketing, and
Next.js normalises every metadata URL to the project's trailingSlash policy —
false — so the root's trailing slash is stripped and cannot be forced back on.
Both forms are the same URL (RFC 3986: an empty path is "/"), so this is about
the two signals agreeing, not about correctness. Slashless is also what the rest
of this file already does for every other route.
Keep <lastmod> honest. It is the main signal a crawler uses to decide whether a
URL is worth re-fetching, so a date that does not match reality is worse than no
date — it trains the crawler to ignore the field. Update the entry when a page's
content actually changes, not on every deploy.

The original eight read 2026-08-13, the day those pages moved from the CRA SPA
to analytics-marketing. That is accurate rather than convenient: each one gained
server-rendered content, its own title and description, and a self-referencing
canonical on that date. Verified per file against git history.

The /docs entries read 2026-08-16, the day they first became reachable on the
root domain. The guides existed in the repo before then but no URL served them.

The blog maintains its own dates in analytics-blog/app/sitemap.ts, derived from
Sanity's _updatedAt, which is truthful automatically. There is no equivalent
source for these static pages, hence the manual rule above.
