Frequently asked questions

Everything about climpt, your data, and getting started.

climpt is a decision intelligence agent for product teams. Heimdall reads your docs, analyzes your product data, and tells your team what to ship — with forecasts, briefings, and reports on any cadence. Unlike BI tools that hand you charts and expect you to interpret them, Heimdall delivers the decision with the reasoning, evidence, and your company's context attached.

BI tools — even the AI-powered ones — hand you dashboards and expect interpretation. Heimdall is prescriptive: tells you what to do, with the reasoning, the evidence, and the context of your own company attached. Reads your docs, remembers your goals, speaks your team's language. The edge isn't the model — it's everything Heimdall knows about your company before the analysis starts.

Heimdall produces briefings, analyses, forecasts, and reports — on demand or on a schedule you set. Capable of tracking product metrics, calling winning A/B tests, flagging activation or retention issues, running predictive modeling, generating executive reports, and explaining the reasoning with a full audit trail. You configure which decisions Heimdall owns; the output lands where your team already works.

About fifteen minutes of your time. You fill out the Heimdall config form (who your team is, what matters, which decisions are in scope), optionally upload your docs (planning notes, OKRs, retros — anything that explains how your team thinks), and optionally connect your data warehouse via a service account for automatic data pulls. The one thing that can stretch the calendar is your own data team's service-account approval — once that clears, Heimdall runs on the cadence you set, with zero minutes per week from you after that.

Warehouses and databases (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, SQL Server, Oracle, Firestore, and more), product analytics (GA4), and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube). You connect through a read-only service account you control, so Heimdall sees only what you grant. Queries run in your warehouse; only the results come back, never your raw tables. Heimdall also plugs into Slack — ask questions and get briefings where your team already works.

Yes — that's the point. On setup you upload your planning docs, team wikis, retros, OKRs, and feature inventories in any format (drag, drop, done). Heimdall ingests them all; re-upload when they evolve. Every analysis Heimdall produces inherits your company's priorities, trade-offs, and vocabulary. No generic "conversion funnel" talk when your team says "activation arc."

Your data stays in your warehouse — Heimdall queries it through a service account you control and reads the results, not the raw tables. Credentials are encrypted with Google KMS. Every decision comes with a full audit trail: the queries run, the docs referenced, the reasoning. We're building climpt to SOC 2 Type II and GDPR standards; certifications follow as our customer base asks for them.

Check the pricing page for current plans and details. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — PCI-compliant, all major cards supported, and you can update or cancel your plan from your account at any time. For product orgs rolling Heimdall out across multiple teams with custom needs (SSO, audit logs, dedicated support), book a call and we'll scope it together.

Always. Heimdall proposes, your team decides. Every briefing and analysis has a reasoning trail you can inspect — you can ship the recommendation, question it, or ignore it. Over time, the more context and feedback your team gives, the sharper the next call.
